Sea & River House is perched on the cliffs south of Mendocino where the Navarro River meets the ocean, about 150 miles north of San Francisco and 10 miles south of Mendocino.
Situated high on the bluffs, the oceanfront home overlooks magical Brokeback Cove with massive rock outcroppings to the south. To the north, where the Navarro River meets the ocean, there is an expansive sand beach park to enjoy. With the ocean on one side and the river, famous for its steelheads, on the other, you can build sand castles, swim, canoe or fish. Whale watching is a must when they migrate.
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight people. Three bedrooms are on the main level, and the fourth, entered from its own entry for privacy, is on the lower level. On its lower deck is a hot tub in which to soak away all of the tensions of our busy lives as you watch the sun set over the ocean.
Among its other amenities are a full kitchen, BBQ grill, microwave, DVD, Linens, CD stereo, satellite TV and a washer and dryer. Activities are unlimited in the culturally rich Mendocino area, with its art fairs, theater, music and dance performances and film festivals. Places to fish, kayak, canoe and fish abound.
